The Clayton Hulme Partnership structures its dealings with clients to project manage the clients financial world and help identify a client's true needs and goals thus allowing us to provide a true advice-driven service rather than the traditional sales processes experienced in many broker offices.

Whilst The Clayton Hulme Partnership and its specialists are able to offer advice across the full range of traditional financial services products such as Mortgages, Life Assurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Income Protection, Pensions, Investments and Trust and Estate Planning, our structure and links with other professionals allows us to develop solutions to client issues that dont require traditional financial products to resolve.

Solutions developed by The Clayton Hulme Partnership to specific client requirements are:

90 Day Cash Flow Analysis™ – reviews the previous quarter's income and outgoings to establish your spending patterns with a view to engineering ideas to restructure this spending from a detailed report.

Mortgage Framework™ - analysis of your mortgage target to identify how your mortgage should look irrespective of specific products in the market place. Key decisions relate to budget, lender requirement, product and protection.

Total Liability Protector™ - full review of liabilities, current provision and shortfalls relayed in report format to aid understanding of this ever complex but important area of finance.

Mortgage Administrator™ – an ongoing and in depth reporting and chase process from application to completion.

Policy Services - ongoing servicing of existing policies and investments with reports on recommended actions at each stage of correspondence.

The Widow Life Planner™ - considers the impacts of 'starting again' in the event of losing a loved one. Assists and liaises with professionals already appointed at this most delicate time in life to ensure the future is planned and protected. Particularly effective if employed prior to the loss allowing partners to consider together how they wish life to proceed when only one of them remains. Making the most of tax efficient modes of passing on wealth and developing income streams provides the widow with an almost automated future life plan to help them cope with such a loss.

'A' Day Maximiser™ - Using specialist knowledge, reviewing the options available to you with a detailed report on how you can make the most of your property and investments for retirement.

Property Finder - An essential tool for those clients, unable (or indeed unwilling) to find the time or inclination to deal with the day to day aspects of finding their next property and dealing with Estate Agents. A bespoke service targeting key aspects of the client's needs from a new property physically and geographically resulting in a shortlist of properties for final viewing and assessment.

Property Seller - Whilst Estate Agents are specialists in providing the right advice, information and support in selling your property, the property brochures, whilst worded well can be let down by inadequate photography. Our knowledge of photographic solutions and formats together with professional equipment can provide you and your agent with clean, crisp digital photos of your home to enhance the presentation to prospective purchasers.

Vehicle Solutions - With the many changes in Company Car taxation rules many clients opt for car allowance payments to lease their own vehicle which we can assist with.

Warren's Guitar - Warren, a fellow colleague was struggling to tune his guitar for month after month, as a result found himself not playing or practising his guitar which sat abandoned in a corner. Having finally arranged a lesson with a Guitar Teacher, to learn how to tune his guitar properley and with ease, he now plays and practises regularly.
'Warren's Guitar' relates specifically to utilising specialists to achieve the right result within a useful timescale to bring forward the desired result. Our clients, contacts and colleagues have expertise in many many fields that could just help with your own 'Guitar' that is stuck in a corner.
