Chris Hulme Cert PFS CeMAP *
Chris began his Financial Services career by joining Royal London in a home service based environment advising clients on the full range of financial products and supporting services.
A little over a year later he joined Countrywide Assured Group based in their Bridgfords offices in Cheadle Hulme, Bramhall and Hazel Grove. Reaching Executive Consultant Level and being a Mentor to new Consultants led Chris to leave Countrywide to set up 'Simply Mortgages' providing advice to his top clients.
Zoe Clayton BA(hons) CeMAP *
Following her Degree course, Zoe joined Reeds Rains in their Didsbury, Heald Green and Cheadle offices in 1996 advising clients on mortgage and protection aspects of property purchases. In 2000, Zoe joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in a Business Development role and was later head hunted in 2002 by a Partner of the St. James's Place Partnership to head up his mortgage division.

In July 2003, Chris and Zoë put their advice skills and experience together as Partners of the St. James's Place Partnership to develop their own brand which has now expanded throughout the South Manchester area. Having developed this further, we link with a specialist mortgage network, Home of Choice, providing access to the whole of the market.
Links with prestigious recognised professionals such as JP & Brimelow estate agents in Didsbury, Withington and Chorlton and John Hilditch & Co estate agents in Hale and more recently, Julian Wadden & Company in Heaton Moor, has put The Clayton Hulme Partnership firmly on the map.
Joanne Hickey and Bianca Howe
To support the rapid expansion of The Clayton Hulme Partnership, Joanne joined in October 2004 from an administrative role within Financial Services. Joanne is now the cornerstone of the administration of the practice ensuring smooth processes and regular updates for clients. Joanne is currently sitting professional exams to further support to the Directors.
Joanne is ably assisted by Bianca who joined us early in 2008 from a career in travel and has now settled into the practice preparing and submitting applications to providers whilst maintaining the service levels to clients and introducers to the business.
