Chris and Zoë are a brother and sister team who created ‘the CLAYTON HULME partnership’ in 2003 which specialises in bringing together expertise in residential and commercial mortgage broking together with essential ancillary protection products such as life assurance, critical illness cover and income protection.
With over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, a vast majority of which has been at the sharp end of residential lending based in leading estate agency branches and banking, we work closely with other professionals to provide an all encompassing property and financial service.
From the start of 2007, we evolved further to consider the wider overview of our clients needs. Having developed links with niche advisers in regulated capacities addressing needs other than lending and protection assists clients in minimising adverse effects and maximising their future goals.
For our clients, we are the key contact for their financial needs based on a close and trusting relationship. We pride ourselves in having access to quality of advice and quality of service that makes our clients feel that little bit special.
We also visit a business coach developed by Dan Sullivan in Toronto to ensure our practice is constantly evolving and improving the service we provide.
Chris has been involved more in the media throughout 2008, being featured in local newspapers and interviewed on Channel M. In addition, he has written an article for the Daily Telegraph Business Edition and provided an interview with our insights into the 2009 housing market for Century 105.4 FM news.
In 2009, Chris has provided insights and interviews for FT Adviser on the housing market and lending arena and the expectations for the industry and its future.
